About the Event

What are Lagrange points? How does the James Webb telescope work? Why does it need a sunshield? What's the purpose of the telescope, anyways?

In this FREE science lesson, we will explore these topics and more. We will build a model of the sunshield to demonstrate its purpose and end the lesson with a fun Kahoot game as review. Be prepared to learn a lot and have an astronomical amount of fun!
